China Unicom (Hong Kong) updates the logo Logo

CTOnews.com February 28 news, China Unicom (0762.HK) recently issued an announcement, China United Network Communications (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. announced that in order to undertake the company's new positioning and new strategy, the company changed its company logo, effective immediately.

The company's new and old logos are compared as follows:

According to the announcement, the new logo will be printed on the company's corporate documents, including but not limited to interim and annual reports, announcements, circulars, press releases and promotional publications.

The change of logo does not affect any rights of the company's existing shareholders. All issued stock certificates of existing companies with old logos will continue to be valid certificates of ownership of the company's shares and can continue to be used for buying, selling, settlement, registration and delivery; therefore, no replacement arrangements will be provided for existing stock certificates bearing the new company logo. The company will continue to issue existing stock certificates with old logos in stock until all existing stock certificates are exhausted. After that, the company will issue a stock certificate with the new logo.

CTOnews.com noted that this Logo change is limited to China Unicom Hong Kong for the time being, and the official website of China Unicom Group still uses the original Logo.

The official website of China Unicom 10010 online business hall has been replaced with a new Logo.
