CTOnews.com March 1 news, Intel has now released a new version of Windows Bluetooth driver and Wi-Fi driver, version number to 22.200.0, suitable for Win10 and Win11 systems. (CTOnews.com Note: Win7/8.1 is no longer updated from version 21.50.1), bringing a lot of improvements.

Intel said the new driver had made regulatory adjustments in Chile and mainland China.

In the advanced settings, the 5&6GHz option is added to the preferred band.

Improved Bluetooth / Wi-Fi coexistence support for IEEE 802.11n on some systems.

In P2P GO or SoftAP scenarios, some 5GHz channels in mainland China may not be used.

Intel said that the 22.200.0 release also includes functional and security updates, as well as other unresolved minor issues that can affect performance, stability, or vendor-specific features not mentioned above.
