Some Galaxy S23 series devices display an "Internet not connected" message, even if they are connected to a Wi-Fi router with an active Internet connection. This issue affects Galaxy S23 Ultra, but Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23 + do not seem to be affected by this issue. The problem is reported on phones connected to the Wi-Fi 6 network. Even if the option to switch to mobile data in the Smart Wi-Fi section is disabled, the problem still exists.

CTOnews.com reminds you that the only way to resolve this problem is to turn off Wi-Fi and then open it. It is reported that Samsung is dealing with this problem and may resolve it in the next software update. Since all three devices in the lineup use the same Wi-Fi chip and processor, and only the Galaxy S23 Ultra faces this problem, this may have something to do with software.
