CTOnews.com March 2 news, Jinshan Software today issued an announcement on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that on March 2, 2023, the company's subsidiaries Wuhan Jinshan (as a limited partner), Xiaomi Beijing (as a general partner), Xiaomi Wuhan and other investors (as a limited partner) entered into a partnership agreement related to the establishment of the fund with an expected contribution of RMB 10 billion.

CTOnews.com learned from the announcement that according to the partnership agreement, Wuhan Jinshan will participate in the fund as a limited partner and agree to contribute 500 million yuan. After the establishment of the fund, it will not become a subsidiary of the company, and the fund will not be included in the group consolidated statement. Other investors include Yizhuang International Investment, Tianjin Haichuang, Hainan Huaying Kaitai, Guangzhou Huaduo, Xingzheng Investment, Beijing Zhaoyi, Beijing guidance Fund, Naxing Venture Capital, Diaowei, Xinyin Haohong.

According to the disclosure, the fund will mainly engage in equity investment or quasi-equity investment (directly or indirectly), or conduct investment-related activities in unlisted companies (including equity of unlisted companies and non-publicly issued shares or similar interests of listed companies), which mainly focus on integrated circuits. And related upstream and downstream areas (covering next-generation information technology, intelligent manufacturing, new materials, artificial intelligence, display and display devices, automotive electronics, and upstream and downstream applications and supply chains related to consumer goods and smart devices for mobile terminals).
