LibreOffice 7.5.1 release: introduced manual toggle light / dark option to fix 92 errors

LibreOffice 7.5 introduces a dark mode that follows the system to automatically switch between light / dark colors. In LibreOffice 7.5.1, users can switch between light or dark themes in tools > options > View mode according to their preferences.
