Apple usually launches new colors for iPhone models at spring events, and CTOnews.com summarizes the new colors Apple added at previous spring events as follows:

In March 2017, Apple added (PRODUCT) RED Special Edition for iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus.

In April 2018, Apple added (PRODUCT) RED Special Edition for iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus.

In April 2021, Apple added purple to iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini.

In March 2022, Apple added green to iPhone 13 and green to iPhone 13 Pro.

Apple offered yellow options for iPhone XR in 2018 and iPhone 11 in 2019. It is not clear whether Apple plans to offer new colors for the iPhone 14 Pro model, but yellow may be close to the existing gold options for these devices.
