CTOnews.com, March 4 (Xinhua) after Argentine football legend Lionel Messi (Lionel Messi) and his team led Argentina to win the 2022 FIFA World Cup, he spent a lot of money to order 35 sets of 24-karat gold iPhone 14 Pro from iDesign Gold to give it to his teammates.

The player's name, number and Argentine team logo are engraved on the back of each custom iPhone 14 Pro. CTOnews.com translates the words of Ben Lyons, CEO of iDesign Gold:

Lionel, one of iDesign Gold's most loyal customers, contacted us a few months after the World Cup. He said he wanted to prepare a special gift for all the players and staff to celebrate the amazing victory, but did not want the usual watch gift. So, I suggest using a gold iPhone with their names engraved, and he likes the idea.

It is reported that Messi has customized 35 phones at a total cost of about $200000 (CTOnews.com Note: currently about 1.382 million yuan). Messi is considered the highest-paid athlete in the world, with an annual income of $130 million, according to May 2022.
