According to sources, Xiaomi will be equipped with Google Play services and a complete "Wear OS" system on the new watch model, is expected to support Wear OS 3, and will be managed through the "Mi Fitness (xiaomi Wear)" app. The new watch is expected to be released in 2023.

In addition, Xiaomi will continue to launch other non-Wear OS watches with proprietary "MIUI Watch OS". By comparison, the life of the Wear OS watch is not good.
