Huawei applied for P60ART trademark, registered P60 and P70 trademarks

Huawei has previously applied for a number of P10 to P100 series trademarks, but most of them are invalid or rejected. Trademarks such as "HUAWEI P 60" and "HUAWEI P 70" have been successfully registered.

CTOnews.com has reported that trademark applications usually require several stages such as preliminary examination and registration, which is relatively long. Trademarks exist for a long time near famous brands, maliciously rush to register and hoard chaos. The legal protection of trademarks adopts the principle of "application first", that is, in principle, the exclusive right to use trademarks is granted to the first applicant for registration, so that legally registered trademarks can be protected by law to a high extent in China.

In January this year, Huawei Technology Co., Ltd. also applied for registration of the trademark "MATE 60 RS", "HUAWEI MATE 60 GTS", "HUAWEI MATE 70 GTS", "HUAWEI MATE 80 GTS", "HUAWEI MATE GTS", "HUAWEI MATE RS", "HUAWEI MATE 100 RS" and "HUAWEI MATE 100 GTS", which are all classified as scientific instruments.
