500 million yuan Hubei consumption coupons will be launched soon, applicable to Cloud Flash, Wechat, Meituan, Wing pay, China Construction Bank Life and Douyin
CTOnews.com March 12 news, according to the Hubei Provincial Department of Commerce, this year's first round of "preferential purchase Hubei" consumption coupons will be released in three batches from March 16, totaling 500 million yuan.
During the event, consumers will grab the coupons on each designated service platform through the mobile phone App, as long as the mobile GPS is located in 17 cities and states in Hubei Province when you grab the coupons.
According to reports, this round of consumption coupons are set up in three categories: mall coupons, supermarket coupons and catering coupons, which are valid for 7 days. This round of consumption coupons are issued by six platforms: cloud Flash, Wechat, Meituan, Wing pay, CCB Life and Douyin (CTOnews.com reminder: Alipay does not participate in the distribution), of which the first four issue all coupons, while the last two only issue supermarket coupons and catering coupons.
Release batch and release time

The first batch of coupons will be put into use from 20:00 on March 16 to 24:00 on March 22, 2023.
The second batch of coupons will be put into use from 20:00 on March 25 to 24:00 on March 31, 2023.
The third batch of coupons will be put into use from 20:00 on April 18 to 24:00 on April 24, 2023.
Coupon issuing platform
This round of consumption coupons are issued by six platforms: cloud Flash, Wechat, Meituan, Wing pay, China Construction Bank Life and Douyin. The first four companies issue all kinds of coupons, while the latter two only issue supermarket coupons and catering coupons. Alipay does not participate in the distribution.

This round of consumption coupons are still divided into mall coupons, supermarket coupons, and catering coupons, but the threshold for write-off has increased from 3 times to 5 times, that is, after deducting all kinds of concessions from the platform and merchants, the single consumption amount reaches 5 times or more before a consumption coupon can be used and automatically written off after payment.
Working with scen
The use scene of this round of consumption coupons has changed slightly. Mall coupons have added the use scenes of watch and glasses shops, jewelry stores, sporting goods stores and offline physical retail stores such as home appliances, mobile phones, home stores, etc. Supermarket coupons have been added to offline physical retail gift stationery stores, and the use scene of food coupons remains unchanged.
Mall vouchers are limited to department stores, shopping centers, clothing, shoes and hats stores, watch and glasses stores, jewelry stores, sporting goods stores and offline physical retail stores such as home appliances, mobile phones and home stores.
Supermarket coupons are limited to offline physical retail stores such as supermarkets, convenience stores, fruit stores, fresh shops, mother and baby stores, flower shops, gift stationery stores, etc.
Food and beverage coupons are limited to restaurants (including takeout).
