According to AndroidAuthority, some Galaxy S23 and S23 Plus users reflected on Reddit, Samsung European Community and Android-Hilfe forums that there is a fixed out-of-focus area when taking photos with the main camera.

The picture shows that a blurred area similar to a ring appears when taking pictures of text on a document or screen. This problem is not limited to shooting documents or text, other scenes may also occur, and this has nothing to do with the depth of field.

Some people think that the problem may have something to do with the camera lenses of the Galaxy S23 and S23 Plus. It is not uncommon for some wide-angle and ultra-wide-angle cameras to blur, but this blur is usually limited to the corner of the image because the lens bends light at the edge to capture the entire scene.

If this is really the case, you may need to replace the device or the camera lens. There are also some forum users who say that their devices do not have this problem, indicating that it may be a manufacturing problem in some batches.
