CTOnews.com, March 14, according to the Washington Post, three people were trapped in the snow and successfully rescued themselves using iPhone 13 Pro phones and DJI Air drones.

CTOnews.com learned from the report that Casey Ryan, 37, a photographer from Eugene, Oregon, was traveling with a friend to the Oregon forest when he met a woman trapped in the snow. During the rescue, his vehicle was also stuck in the snow.

Ryan had an idea and flew iPhone 13 Pro into the air with a DJI Air drone, and then sent a text message to his wife who was living abroad.

Ryan flew up and down three times and successfully found a signal to rescue his wife. Then local rescuers found and rescued the three passengers the next morning.
