Audi launches e-MTB electric mountain bikes with a maximum range of 95 miles, starting at £8499

Thanks to CTOnews.com netizens Wu Yanzu in South China for the delivery of clues! CTOnews.com, March 14 (Xinhua)-- Audi recently partnered with Italian company Fantic to launch an electric mountain bike e-MTB inspired by RS Q e-tron, an off-road vehicle participating in the Dakar Rally.

With a 250W, 36V S-MAG engine and a maximum torque of 90Nm, the electric mountain bike can switch between Eco and BOOST modes, with a range of 30 to 95 miles, in addition to helpless modes.

The e-MTB is equipped with a 720Wh, 36V Fantic Integra battery pack, a 180mm ö hlins full suspension system, Braking IN.CA.S disc brakes, ö hlins front forks and shock absorbers, as well as Sram assemblies for chains, transmission levers and chain pullers, Vittoria tires and Sella Italia saddles.

Audi is currently available only as a "limited edition" in the UK market, with prices starting at 8499 pounds (CTOnews.com Note: currently about 70797 yuan).
