Consumers can settle consumer disputes with resident enterprises through the official account of "Beijing Consumer Association" Wechat or the "green channel" entrance of Beijing Consumer Association Network. CTOnews.com learned from Green Channel that after consumers submit settlement materials, resident enterprises need to accept and respond within 24 hours. If it does not meet the conditions for acceptance, the reasons for not accepting it shall be informed within 24 hours; if it meets the conditions for acceptance, a settlement plan shall be put forward within 48 hours after acceptance. If consumers do not agree with the enterprise settlement plan, the two sides can continue to communicate and settle, or they can choose to "terminate the settlement". If a settlement cannot be reached through the green channel, consumers can complain to the consumers' association or the relevant administrative departments.
