CTOnews.com queried the form and found that in the test game "Total War: warhammer 3K" 1080p Ultra, the frame rate of RTX 4090 games without VBS was 113.4, while the frame rate of downstream games with VBS on was 82.3, an increase of 37.7% over the same period last year.
