CTOnews.com learned from the report that Microsoft is cautious about promoting chatbots, one of the important reasons is that it consumes too much resources. Microsoft was put into use at the end of 2022 and had to balance other hardware access and resource usage to keep the service running steadily.
The media learned from three Microsoft employees that Microsoft has perfected the software and hardware requirements for running OpenAI software on Azure cloud servers, extending ChatGPT to more of its own services beyond Bing chat.
