According to the latest Intel data, just eight weeks after the product launch, the number of processors designed with the product set a record for the Intel Xeon series, and the number of available platforms and shipping platforms also reached a record high.

Intel said that at this stage, most major OEM and ODM vendors are shipping system designs based on fourth-generation Intel Xeon scalable processors, and the top 10 cloud service providers will also deploy cloud instances based on this product this year.

CTOnews.com learned from Intel officials that Sapphire Rapids is Intel's first extremely strong processor designed based on Chiplet, which contains 52 CPU, supports up to 60 cores, is manufactured by Intel 7 technology, and also supports PCIe 5.0, DDR5 memory and CXL 1.1 interfaces. It provides up to 80 PCIe 5.0 channels, up to 1.5TB-supported DDR5-4800 memory, and up to 350W TDP.
