CTOnews.com reported on March 17 that its new itel P40 mobile phone has become the brand's latest entry-level product. The main selling points of this phone are large display screen and large battery.

The itel P40 features a 6.6inch IPS LCD screen with HD+ resolution (1612 x 720) and a high 120Hz refresh rate. Front 5MP selfie camera. Rear 13MP main camera and depth camera.

The phone is equipped with Ziguang Zhanrui Unisoc SC9863A chip, equipped with eight Cortex-A55 CPU cores with 1.6GHz frequency, PowerVR GE8322 GPU, and the main frequency is 550MHz.

The manufacturer does not disclose actual physical memory, which includes virtual dynamic memory-7GB+64GB storage, 6GB+32GB storage and 4GB+64GB storage. Physical memory is likely to be 4GB, 3GB, and 2GB, respectively.

The itel P40 phone runs the Android 12 Go system. It is equipped with 6000 mAh battery and supports 18W charging. Other highlights include back fingerprint scanning and facial unlocking.

The itel P40 phone starts at 7699 Indian rupees (CTOnews.com Note: currently about RMB642) and has yellow, blue and black options.
