Asustek launches GeForce RTX 4080 owl joint version graphics card, which sells for $1650

CTOnews.com March 21, the owl (Noctua) is a heat dissipation brand from Austria, targeting overclocking and feverish players, its products enjoy a high reputation all over the world.

Following the great success of the ASUS GeForce RTX 3070 and RTX 3080 Noctua Edition, Asustek has launched another graphics card in cooperation with the owl, the GeForce RTX 4080 Noctua Edition, which is equipped with two owl NF-A12x25 PWM 120mm cooling fans (the RTX 30 series is an 110mm fan) and a more sophisticated custom radiator, coupled with Asustek's improvements, making it the "quietest" graphics card of its kind, with an iconic low noise performance.

The reference price of the graphics card is $1650 (CTOnews.com Note: currently about 11352 yuan), which is nearly 40 per cent higher than the $1199 for the founder's version of RTX 4080. As a reference, at present, Nvidia RTX 4080 FE graphics card sells 9499 yuan in JD.com Mall, which translates to 13072 yuan by this ratio.

Because the new card is equipped with a 120mm fan, it measures 310x145x87.5mm and occupies 4.3 slots, so you may need to use it with a PCIe expansion card.

In terms of parameters, it is almost no different from the founder version of Nvidia RTX 4080, but with higher frequency and computing power.
