According to official introduction, under the guidance of the Professional Committee on Food and Nutrition of the Chinese Agricultural Association and the National Advisory Committee on Food and Nutrition, the food standard evaluation system will qualitatively and quantitatively grade dishes according to the three dimensions of food materials, nutritional value and sensory experience, and the rating results as well as specific nutritional ingredients will be fully displayed on ele.me App. Polar Star has partnered with 96 catering brands and certified 106 dishes, covering nearly 30000 stores on ele.me platform.
