During the reporting period, the company achieved double growth in revenue and net profit, with operating income of 3.885 billion yuan, up 18.44% over the same period last year; net profit belonging to the owner of the parent company was 1.118 billion yuan, up 7.33% from the same period last year; and net profit belonging to the owner of the parent company after deducting non-recurring profit and loss was 939 million yuan, up 11.71% from the same period last year.

Subscription business has become an important growth engine of Jinshan office, with total revenue of 2.742 billion yuan, an increase of 43.45% over the same period last year, accounting for 71% of revenue, an increase of 12 percentage points over the same period last year.

Of this total, the revenue from domestic personal office service subscription business was 2.05 billion yuan, up 39.91% from the same period last year; the income from domestic institutional subscription and service business was 692 million yuan, up 55.06% from the same period last year; and the revenue from domestic institutional authorization business was 836 million yuan, down 13.18% from the same period last year. The process of subscription transformation is accelerated.

In 2022, the number of monthly active users of WPS Office personal business reached 573 million, an increase of 5.33% over the same period last year, and the cumulative annual paid individual users reached 29.97 million, an increase of 18.12% over the same period last year.

Jinshan Office accounted for about 34% of its income in 2022, and R & D expenses increased by 23.08% compared with the same period last year.

According to previous reports from CTOnews.com, Kingsoft Office has made an official commitment that WPS plans to completely shut down its advertising business by the end of 2023, and the surge in subscription business has laid the foundation for this commitment.
