Apple iOS 16.4 allows health agencies to end support for exposure notification API

CTOnews.com March 22, Apple joined hands with Google to launch the exposure Notification API (Exposure Notifications API) when COVID-19 broke out in 2020. This function is mainly used to remind the machine owner whether there is a risk of COVID-19 exposure, test and isolate itself if necessary.

Apple allows health agencies to stop using exposure notification API in the iOS 16.4 RC version. After the health agency decides to stop supporting the feature, users will receive a notification on iPhone.
