The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announces the list of the second batch of 5G application security innovation promotion centers

CTOnews.com, March 22, according to the official Wechat account of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology recently released the results of the second batch of 5G Application Security Innovation Promotion Centers, confirming that 15 applicants from 13 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) were selected in the second batch of "5G Application Security Innovation Promotion Centers".

In order to further strengthen regional coordination and gather strength, each province (autonomous region, municipality) has set up a promotion center. If there are already promotion centers in the province (autonomous region or city) or two or more subjects have been selected this time, each subject will act as a sub-center to jointly form the province's promotion center.

In addition, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology said that for the provinces identified as demonstration centers, the local provincial communications administration and the competent departments of industry and information technology should strengthen overall planning and coordination, increase resource investment, highlight the characteristics of products and services, strengthen demonstration and promotion, submit results on time, and provide some support in terms of policies and funds.
