According to introduction, RX1E-S two-seat seaplane is the world's first float-type two-seat seaplane, lithium battery as propulsion energy aircraft, its carbon emissions are zero, electric propulsion system runs smoothly, noise is low, aircraft operation only needs a suitable water area, infrastructure requirements and low maintenance costs.

CTOnews.com learned from Shenyang University of Aeronautics and Astronautics that the aircraft has efficient aerodynamic design, large aspect ratio, good gliding performance and high lift-drag ratio. The aircraft system has a high degree of integration, easy to operate and easy to learn. It has a broad application prospect and can be applied to junior pilot training, private transportation, tourism, aerial photography and aerial mapping.

Shenyang University of Aeronautics and Astronautics said that for more than ten years, the school has opened up the research field of new energy electric aircraft in China for the major needs in the fields of green aviation, energy power and national defense construction, and developed a series of new energy electric aircraft models. Three models have passed the airworthiness certification of the Civil Aviation Administration successively, and 10 models have realized the first flight of scientific research verification aircraft.
