CTOnews.com March 24, Dell recently launched the Latitude 9440, which officially claims to be the smallest 14-inch business laptop in the world. The business is made of aluminum alloy and weighs more than 3 pounds (1.36kg) with a body size of 12.2 x 8.46 x 0.59 inches.

The business notebook has a 14-inch screen on the front, an aspect ratio of 16:10 and a screen ratio of 91.5%. CTOnews.com learned from the report that one of the highlights of the notebook is that the keyboard uses Mini LED backlight, which reduces power consumption by 75% and extends battery life by up to 3 hours.

The business book also provides a "collaborative touchpad" for quick access to microphones, cameras, screen sharing and chat controls. On the port side, 3 Thunderbolt 4, an audio Jack, a lock slot and an optional nano SIM cassette are provided.

The business uses Intel's 13th-generation Core processor and can choose up to 64GB of core i7 memory, Intel Iris Xe graphics card and solid-state storage up to 2TB.

Dell officials said the business laptop would go on sale later this year, but did not disclose its price.
