Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor model is "SM8650", internal code name is "Lanai" or "Pineapple".

The processor uses a 2+3+2+1 architecture, and the specific clock frequency information is not yet clear. CTOnews.com has the following core configuration:

2 Arm "silver" cores codenamed "Hayes"(A5xx)

3 Arm "gold" cores codenamed "Hunter"(A7xx)

2 Arm "titanium" cores codenamed "Hunter"(A7xx)

1 Arm "gold+" core codenamed Hunter ELP (Xn)

The chipset lacks a CPU core and does not support 32-bit Android apps and games, meaning that all developers must update their apps to 64-bit architecture.

The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 is also equipped with an Adreno 750 GPU clocked at 770MHz (Adreno Gen 7.9.0), although the clock frequency may be higher after the official landing of the flagship model.

Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 supports Android 14 and Linux Kernel 6.1, and uses TSMC's improved 4nm process or Samsung's 3nm process for mass production.
