The content of CTOnews.com translation Torvalds in 6.3-rc4 announcement is as follows:

Linux Kernel 6.3-rc4 development is going well. All the statistics, including most of the diffstat, look normal.

The reason for saying "most" is that we fixed a series of xfs BUG last week, which made diffstat look more than usual. Even so, the actual size of the modified code is much smaller than expected.

Normally, the proportion of diffstat driving this program will be more than 50%, but 6.3-rc4 is different. 1/3 is driver adjustment, 1/3 is file system adjustment, and 1/3 is other parts.
