CTOnews.com March 27, Revegnuse, a reliable source, released the latest tweet, saying that Samsung's System LSI division is developing the next generation of Exynos processors, which will be mass-produced using 3nm technology, internally known as Dream Galaxy chips.

Sources say Samsung's MX division has formed a professional team of more than 1000 people, including a senior semiconductor expert dug up from Apple.

CTOnews.com learned from subsequent tweets that Samsung's flagship Galaxy S25 series will be the first to equip the processor with the goal of integrating modems, UWB and other chips.
