This is the top advertising sales position at Snap, and Snap has been looking for a successor to the position after executives Jeremi Gorman and Peter Naylor moved to Netflix last year.

Rob worked at Microsoft for nearly eight years and was global advertising director before leaving in early March.

Advertisers have reduced their expenditure in the general environment, and the rise of TikTok has also eroded the advertising market share of Snap, so the growth of advertising revenue of Snap is facing a severe task.
