CTOnews.com learned from the China judgment Writing Network that Lazas Network Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Lazas Information Technology Co., Ltd. sued Beijing Sankuai online Technology Co., Ltd. and Beijing Sankuai Technology Co., Ltd., for unfair competition in 2021. After investigation, Qingdao Intermediate people's Court ordered Sankuai Company to compensate Lazas Company for economic loss of 1 million yuan.
