CTOnews.com Cisco today announced two Microsoft Teams certified products, Cisco Board Pro Whiteboard and Webex Contact Center.

Cisco Board Pro is the first Cisco Rooms appliance to receive official Microsoft Teams certification, available in 55-inch and 75-inch models, running the Teams Rooms system by default.

Webex Contact Center, on the other hand, is a system solution that integrates Teams, unifying front-office and back-office communications, simplifying collaboration between agents and subject matter experts, and creating a connected, seamless experience for customers.

The solution also provides centralized management capabilities such as call interoperability, directory services, presence awareness, and centralized management.

Cisco's centralized management features, such as the Desk Camera 4K USB webcam, Cisco Headset 720 series Bluetooth wireless headphones and Cisco Headset 320 series wired headphones, have been certified by Teams.

Cisco says more devices such as Cisco Room Bar, Room Kit Pro, Room Kit EQ, Cisco Desk Pro and Cisco Room Navigator will follow suit with Teams certification. CTOnews.com learned from the report that Cisco plans to natively support the Teams Panel room scheduling app by mid-2023.
