Samsung also mentioned that users of the Galaxy S23 series of phones may see scratches on the lens protection patch, forget that they used it, and mistakenly think their camera lens has been scratched. As a result, they went to the authorized service center, wasting time and money, and all they had to do was take off the lens protection sticker.

In addition, Samsung also pointed out that lens protection stickers and some mobile phone cases that cover camera lenses will add an extra glass layer, which will reduce the quality of photos and videos.
