Huawei Yuntianqi: Pangu molecular model can shorten the research and development cycle of pilot drugs from several years to one month.

CTOnews.com, April 8, the main forum of the "artificial Intelligence large Model Technology Summit Forum" sponsored by the Chinese Society of artificial Intelligence officially kicked off today in Xiaoshan, Hangzhou. Tian Qi, academician of the International Eurasian Academy of Sciences and chief scientist in the field of Huawei Cloud artificial Intelligence, attended and delivered a speech.

Tian Qi showed in his speech that Huawei's Yunpangu drug molecular model can shorten the lead drug development cycle from several years to one month, according to the Financial Associated Press.

In addition, he also said that Huawei Pangu model solves the problems of traditional AI development, such as workshop development, high cost of sample labeling, difficult model maintenance, insufficient model generalization, shortage of industry personnel and so on.

According to previous reports from CTOnews.com, Huawei's upcoming Pangu model includes NLP model, CV model and scientific computing model (meteorological model). Among them, NLP model is considered to be the closest to human Chinese comprehension ability of AI model, while CV model takes into account the ability of image discrimination and generation for the first time.
