Shanghai Electric's first distributed tuner EPC project has been put into operation, and the abandonment rate can be reduced by 30%.

CTOnews.com, April 10, the official Wechat account of Shanghai Electric updated the article today, announcing that the first distributed, prefabricated 10Mvar class air-water cooled GVPI (integral vacuum pressure impregnation) tuner project of Shanghai Electric EPC in China has taken the lead in landing at Jingneng Zhinu Spring Wind Farm.

CTOnews.com learned from Shanghai Electric's official Wechat account that the project uses China's first distributed, prefabricated cabin tuner, as well as the first closed air-water cooled distributed tuner. After this tuner EPC project is put into operation, the unit vibration, noise, response characteristics and other performance indicators all meet the project requirements, which provides an example for the subsequent distributed electric field matching tuner project.

In addition, the news shows that the Vega Spring project is the first tuner project of Jingneng Group to be connected to the grid, and its formal operation will significantly increase the short-circuit ratio of the whole station of Zhinu Spring Wind Farm, thus raising the delivery limit of the station, and the abandonment rate can be reduced by more than 30%. So that the station is basically not affected by the power grid, bringing huge economic benefits for Beijing energy users.
