CTOnews.com, April 10, JD.com announced on April 7 that in order to better enhance consumers' shopping logistics experience, simplify merchants' operation processes, and refine merchants' delivery assessment criteria, the commitment limitation (Promise) function will be upgraded.

The binding limit of delivery time limit for main categories of goods is 48 hours, and some special customized categories can support longer delivery time limit.
The commitment limitation (Promise) upgrade was launched on March 15, 2023 for grayscale operation and came into effect in early April.
