CTOnews.com April 10 news, Microsoft (China) official website recently updated the Surface return and exchange policy, users can enjoy 60-day return and exchange service for Surface devices purchased on the official website.

CTOnews.com learned from Microsoft's official website that the 60-day extension of the return clause is only applicable to successful orders and payment of Surface mainframe products (excluding Surface certified refurbished machine series, Surface Commercial Edition) during the promotion period.

The 60-day period is calculated from the date of receipt of the goods, and the promotion period is from 09:00 on March 31, 2023 to 08:59 on May 6, 2023.

It should be noted that the purchase of Microsoft-branded physical goods, Microsoft Surface / Xbox mainframe and Microsoft first-party accessories do not enjoy 60-day extended return terms, and can only be returned or exchanged within 30 natural days after signing for receipt.
