CTOnews.com April 12 news, Microsoft today again issued a reminder that Microsoft Teams free version (classic) will be officially suspended today (April 12), users will no longer be able to access files, chat records and other content through the application.

Microsoft says the easiest way to keep the existing files is to go to Microsoft Teams Essentials, but users need to buy the plan at a cost of $4 per user per month (CTOnews.com Note: currently about 28 yuan).

The payment option for Teams is to purchase Microsoft 365 to continue to use all the currently accessible features. For organizations with more than 300 members, Microsoft recommends upgrading to Microsoft Office 365E1.
