After LG Wing updated Android 13, the firmware version was upgraded to F100N40a and integrated with Google's Android security update of March 2023. The size of the whole patch pack is about 1.4GB. The main contents of the update attached to CTOnews.com are as follows:
The lock screen interface displays the device control shortcut icon
Preview, share, and edit copied text and pictures
Check and stop the currently active application in the status notification window.
Simplify multi-window function
Improve music and video controls in the status notification window
Fine control of notification permissions for each application
Android 13 was the last major update to the Wing phone, which LG had promised to update its major Android version for three years.
The LG Wing, an Android-based smartphone made by LG Electronics, has a rotary design that allows the main screen to be T-shaped and reveal a smaller secondary screen, which was released in South Korea on September 14, 2020. The phone is also the first device in LG's newly announced Explorer Project series and the last smartphone in LG.
