CTOnews.com, April 16 (Xinhua) Apple's online service has suffered a number of failures in recent days, and there seems to be a new problem troubling users. According to a number of users, their devices are constantly asking for an Apple ID password. Even if you enter the correct password, the system will prompt that the login failed.

Some users said the error led to repeated requests for Apple ID passwords from Apple devices. In some cases, the user's Apple ID is even logged off and cannot be logged in again. One user said that his Apple TV + subscription also suddenly "disappeared", making it impossible for him to use the platform. Downdetector shows that many users are currently having problems trying to view the content of the Apple TV app.

It is not clear how many users have been affected by the problem. Search for "Apple ID" on Twitter, and most of the users who reflect the problem are from Brazil and Japan, so only a few areas may have been affected by today's failure.

CTOnews.com looked at Apple's system status page and found that there was no mention of any issues affecting Apple ID.

Earlier this month, Apple's weather app suffered a multi-day glitch, and several Apple online services were inaccessible for hours on April 5.
