The world's first lossless Wi-Fi headset, HED Unity, comes from a small Swiss company and sells for as much as $2199.

The headset called HED Unity is the world's first wireless headset capable of lossless, high-resolution audio streaming over a local Wi-Fi network, and its sound quality reaches the level of 24bit / 96kHz.
The emergence of HED Unity makes people look forward to whether well-known brands such as Apple and Sonos can follow suit and launch their own Wi-Fi headphones. At present, Apple's AirPods Max and other Bluetooth headsets have the problem of data loss, even if the new codec is used. The headset is equipped with a 40mm titanium driver unit, supports active ambient sound management (noise cancellation with 12 microphones), and has a nine-segment equalizer that can customize sound effects. In addition, it also supports head tracking motion detection, which can provide immersive 3D surround sound effects, similar to AirPods Max spatial audio.
When not streaming through Wi-Fi, HED Unity uses Bluetooth 5.3 and supports SBC and AAC codecs.
