Recently, Yadi Group found that some malicious imitations of Yadi's products with independent intellectual property rights in the market seriously interfered with the market operation order and damaged the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises and consumers.

In order to protect the knowledge achievements of Yadi R & D technicians and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises and consumers, Yadi Group has complained to relevant law enforcement departments about the aforementioned infringement.

Yadi once again solemnly stated:

I. We hereby inform units and individuals who are copying or preparing to copy Yadi patented products to immediately stop copying, copying, selling or promising to sell Yadi patented products.

II. Yadi Group has investigated and obtained evidence of infringing products and infringing acts in the market through various channels, including joint relevant law enforcement departments and notary agencies, and will also take corresponding legal means to investigate the legal responsibilities of infringing units and individuals in the later stage.

III. It is suggested that consumers purchase Yadi electric vehicles through official channels of Yadi E-commerce or online and offline channels authorized by the government.

In addition, Yadi has released some Yadi products and related patent certificates, including a "Yadi Modern" electric car.
