CTOnews.com April 20 news, NetEase youdao Dictionary official Weibo post today, with the release of the desktop version of youdao Dictionary V10.0.0, the desktop version of youdao Dictionary has been officially renamed "Youdao Translation".

CTOnews.com checked the official Weibo of youdao Dictionary and found that after this update, Youdao Translation will add Youdao AIBox (Beta version), which supports five AI functions, and can intelligently rewrite sentences, paragraphs and translation results of articles.

In addition, according to youdao Dictionary officials, Youdao Translation received more than 1600 billion translation requests a year as of March 2023.

According to the news, Youdao Translation, as a translation productivity tool, supports translation of file formats such as Word, excel, PPT and PDF, as well as screenshot translation, English writing correction, simultaneous interpretation and real-time transcription of text at meetings.
