Support Hangzhou, Wenzhou and Taizhou to build national backbone cold chain logistics bases. By the end of 2023, the number of express terminal service outlets in the province will reach 38500 (including smart courier boxes), the annual delivery volume of express delivery will reach 9 billion, and the annual operation volume of CEIBS (Yixin Europe) trains will exceed 2200.
