CTOnews.com April 22, Microsoft officially launched the "Send to Kindle from Word" function today after issuing a preview in February this year. Users can send documents to Kindle devices or applications directly in the Word application.

Users of PC, Mac, and the web version of Word can see the new "Send to Kindle" option in the export options. After clicking, the user will pop up a new window and choose "like Kindle e-book" (Like a Kindle book) or "like printed document" (Like a printed document) depending on your needs.

The differences between CTOnews.com and CTOnews.com are as follows:

Like Kindle e-books: this option allows you to adjust font size and page layout, which is best suited for simpler text and reading on a smaller screen. It also supports the use of Kindle Scribe handwritten notes.

Like printing documents: this option keeps the page layout and format unchanged and is best suited for text with more complex formatting and elements, such as embedded tables. It also supports writing directly on the page using Kindle Scribe.

If you want to experience this feature, there are the following conditions:

Beta Channel: running Version 2305 (Build 16403.20000) and later

Current Channel (Preview): running Version 2304 (Build 16327.20104) and later
