G3 Beijing-Taiwan Expressway is a major traffic artery connecting North, East and Southeast China, with a total length of 2030 kilometers, running through eight provinces and cities of Beijing, Hebei, Shandong, Jiangsu, Anhui, Zhejiang, Fujian and Taiwan. As of April 23, 2023, a total of 21 power stations have been installed along the G3 Beijing-Taiwan Expressway, with an average of one for every 112 kilometers.
CTOnews.com learned from officials that by April 2023, Lai has opened high-speed power transfer networks in eight city groups, including G1 Beijing-Harbin, G2 Beijing-Shanghai, G3 Beijing-Taiwan, G4 Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao, G5 Beijing-Kunming, G15 Shenhai G30 Lianhuosu-Shaanxi Section, G50 Shanghai-Chongqing, G60 Shanghai-Kunming-Shanghai-Hunan Section and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Yangtze River Delta, Dawan District, Chengdu and Chongqing, Shandong Peninsula in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, Guanzhong and Central Plains. Weilai will complete the high-speed power conversion network of 9 vertical, 9 horizontal and 19 major urban agglomerations in 2025.
