CTOnews.com, April 27, according to the latest report from South Korean media BusinessKorea, Samsung Galaxy Z series collapsible phones have hinge problems, but do not correctly inform users to pass on the cost of the problems to consumers.

Samsung Galaxy Z series collapsible phones normally need to be fully unfolded to 180 degrees, but sometimes they cannot be fully unfolded due to hinge design problems. If this problem persists, it will cause black lines in the folded area of the screen.

Samsung Electronics did not correctly inform consumers of the problem. Consumers can go to the service center and get free repairs after confirming that the phone has not been hit by any external force, CTOnews.com reported, citing BusinessKorea.

The problem is that if there are signs of falling or scratching on the appearance of the phone, even if the fault is caused by the hinge itself, you can't get free maintenance service at the service center.
