Prescott pointed out in a conversation with a group of female founders involved in the program that it helps to increase the diversity and inclusiveness of App Store.

Anti-monopoly:

Prescott said it had adjusted its assistance measures for small businesses so that the commission rate could be reduced from 30 per cent to 15 per cent if developers earned no more than $1 million (CTOnews.com note: currently about 6.93 million yuan).
