The source said that as early as July 2021, Haier set up a Catechi subsidiary to specifically operate automobile-related business. at present, the company is positioned as an Internet platform for the automobile industry, relying on the Haier Kaos industrial Internet platform to build with relevant automobile companies.

Catechi officially said that the business currently being operated by the company is divided into four versions, namely, high-end personalized modification and customization of cars, smart charging technology, home car interconnection technology and used car vertical trading platform, and personalized modification, charging technology and used car trading three businesses have been successfully landed.

At present, Catechi is not involved in the business of vehicle manufacturing.
