CTOnews.com, May 4 (Xinhua)-- NBA superstar Kevin Durant will join the cast of call of Duty: modern Warfare and call of Duty: mobile Games this month, according to the official Twitter feed of call of Duty. The two-time NBA champion and 13-time all-Star will be another cross-border sports celebrity after last year's football stars Neymar, Bogba and Lionel Messi joined the call of Duty series.

A photo posted on official Twitter shows Durant wearing a brimless hat and an iconic goatee. The wall in the photo is also painted with "Easy Money Sniper", which is Durant's Instagram account, suggesting the identity of the new character. At present, other details of the role are not clear, but officials will announce it soon.

Durant will have a separate bundle that will include an assault rifle called "Read This" and a "Easy Money" sniper rifle, as well as "Deadly from Downtown" execution animation, "B-Ball" weapon pendants, "Ankle-Breaker" loading screen, "Hoops" stickers and "KD Baller" dynamic business cards.
