Based on 600000 user reviews, the report says Apple's iPhone 14 series word-of-mouth has declined.
CTOnews.com May 9, the market research agency PerfectRec based on 600000 iPhone 14 and other iPhone model user-generated evaluation, found that the iPhone 14 series of word-of-mouth has declined significantly.
Successive iPhone word-of-mouth satisfaction data reports counted the iPhone models released by Apple between 2011 and 2022, and counted the proportion of five-star praise based on user reviews.
IPhone basic models are the best sellers, with word-of-mouth satisfaction rising from 65 per cent to 80 per cent (iPhone 13), while iPhone 14 models fell by 8 per cent, with the proportion of five-star praise falling to 72 per cent.
The only other decline over the past 12 years was from iPhone 4 to 5, down 4%.
Of the users' reviews of the iPhone 14 Pro model, 76% gave five-star praise, but compared with the iPhone 13 Pro (84%), it was down 8 percentage points.
The word-of-mouth satisfaction of iPhone 14 Pro Max is 80%, which is 6 percentage points lower than that of iPhone 13 Pro Max (86%).
